For the first time, the full decision pipeline — candidate generation, ML evaluation, and the risk/lifecycle gate — was connected end to end and validated on out-of-sample data for a reference market. This was less about any specific number and more about proving the architecture itself: that independent stages could hand off to each other correctly.
