A full evaluation phase, built around independent methodological audit rather than self-report, closed with an honest conclusion: the evidence gathered was not yet sufficient to justify Production status for any evaluated approach. Rather than quietly extending the same process, a new, tighter, budget-bounded research programme began immediately in its place. We are publishing this as what it is — a negative result the process was designed to be able to reach — not as a setback to minimize.
