Today we are opening the Tantoryn AI Build Log — a dedicated, permanent public surface for project news, alongside the rest of the new Tantoryn AI website.
The Build Log exists because Public Build with Controlled Disclosure only works if there is somewhere consistent to publish it. Going forward, meaningful project updates — across research, engineering, runtime and audit — will be posted here as they happen, not reconstructed after the fact.
That includes updates we are not proud of. A rejected method, a discovered defect, an audit finding — these are as much a part of the record as a milestone. We would rather a visitor understand where the project actually stands than read a curated highlight reel.
